Why Are Genuine Bulova Watches So Expensive?

If we start comparing real watches versus fake or replica watches you begin to feel like you've been cheated. But, the truth is, you haven't. You might have to pay a little more when it comes to something like a Swiss made watch, or a Bulova watch versus a replica because of a few different things. These Swiss companies are very well-known – let’s just say the type of watch speaks for itself. It's somewhat like buying a Porsche or a Ferrari, right away you know you are going to spend a lot of money, but that's because of the "brand" and the craftsmanship included.

You know it's going to catch people's attention. You know that you can go from 0 to 100 in just a few seconds. You know that they are going to be made out of quality materials! You know that when you get a Ferrari, it couldn't possibly be compared to something regular like an Acura - they are in two completely different ball fields! The same goes with luxury Boluva watches - replicas versus fakes are always going to be made differently. While some of these replicas really do look like the real thing from the outside, I can assure you that after you view the watch a little closer and you begin to examine the innards, you will see a big difference.

Watch companies like Rolex and Bulova watches only use the best of the best materials. You won't catch them using plastic faux quartz for the face of a watch, or cheap rubber materials for the bands of a watch. You will catch fakes doing this because they can't afford to do anything other than this!

Bulova made its name from quality MECHANICAL movements years ago. The expensive quarts movements they sell now is riding on the formers coattails. Any timepiece that isnt mechanical loses its collectability once it leaves the store.
